425LC Piston 15L Backpack Sprayer

Got mine leaked from the start, was sent a repair kit and told no warranty for herbicide/ dye and i should have bought the diaphragm. They recommend the piston for insecticide only yet it’s sold for herbicide

There is a stupid cheap style fitting to join the hose to the hand piece. Once the hose pops of once it will keep happening with no way to fix it. Replacement hose is $40 odd. Don’t recommend it.

Great sprayer

This 15L 425LC Piston Backpack Sprayer is the best thing i've ever purchased.
Use to always use granular products however since finding the LawnHub liquids, my lawn has NEVER looked as good!

If you've got 220sqm+ like me definitely go to the battery powered section, this gives quite the arm workout! What I do like - it's reasonably comfortable filled to 15ltr, the nozzle gives a nice wide flat fan of coarse droplets which is perfect for things like spartan and it covers a large area (for me around 180sqm), and lastly it's relatively inexpensive for a good quality sprayer (I've had a few solo sprayers in the past and they all last years unlike hardware store junk).

What I don't like - the cheap crappy harness which constantly slips off the shoulders especially on the pumping side it really is the cheapest looking junk, there's no clip or strap to keep the lance near your side so if you drop the lance or stand up forgetting to grab it it's awkward as heck to try pick it up from the ground, and there's no carry handle so you need to awkwardly carry it by the chincy shoulder strap. How hard would it have been to add a carry handle into the plastic mould 🙄
